Statute Text
Inspection where inspector unavailable.
If any county for any reason fails to appoint a
county horticultural inspector or if for any reason the inspector is not
available, the nearest inspector available may perform such services, and the
compensation of the inspector and the necessary expenses incurred in the
performance of duty shall be charged against the county where the service is
performed, as if the inspector had been appointed by the county court of such
county.
