Statute Text
Appeals from inspectors’ decisions. The State Department of Agriculture shall hear and promptly decide all appeals from the county or deputy county horticultural inspectors. Its decisions shall have full force and effect until set aside by the courts of the state. All appeals from inspectors to the department shall be under the form and regulations prescribed by the department.
