Statute Text
Reports to interim committees of Legislative Assembly.
(1) The Oregon State University
Extension Service and the Oregon State University Agricultural Experiment
Station shall jointly:
(a) Prepare an
annual report describing climate-related impacts on agricultural producers,
including, but not limited to, flood and drought impacts, and recommendations
to increase agricultural resilience; and
(b) Submit the
report in the manner provided by ORS 192.245 to the interim committees of the
Legislative Assembly related to agriculture no later than September 15 of each
year.
(2) The Oregon
State University Extension Service and the Oregon State University Agricultural
Experiment Station shall jointly report on the progress of the technical
assistance program established under ORS 568.950 in the manner provided by ORS
192.245 to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to
agriculture no later than September 15 of each even-numbered year. [2023 c.606 §14]
