Statute Text
Plan
implementation to involve local agencies.
It is the intention of the Legislative Assembly that
plans developed under ORS 568.900 to 568.933 involve soil and water
conservation districts as local management agencies to the fullest extent
practical, consistent with the timely and effective implementation of these
plans. [1993 c.263 §10]
