Statute Text
Appointment of first directors of district.
If the State Department of Agriculture determines
that the operation of the proposed district within the defined boundaries is
administratively practicable and feasible, the department shall appoint a board
of five directors for the district, to serve terms as provided under ORS
568.560. [Amended by 1955 c.142 §10; 1981 c.92 §16; 2009 c.220 §10]
