Statute Text
Eligible electors.
(1) All electors residing within the boundaries of the territory, as determined
by the State Department of Agriculture, shall be eligible to vote in the
referendum.
(2) For the
purpose of the referendum, the county clerk shall assist the department in
obtaining a list of electors residing within the boundaries of the proposed
