Crop
rotation experiments and demonstrations in Umatilla County.
The director of the Oregon
experiment stations may conduct in Umatilla County crop rotation experimental
and demonstration work for the purpose of establishing a profitable cropping
system that will reduce the summer fallow acreage, decrease the present size of
the farm unit necessary to make a living and stabilize land values.
