Statute Text
Unauthorized entry to fairgrounds; penalty.
A person who gains or attempts to gain unauthorized
entry to the Oregon State Fair or to an event held at fairground properties or
facilities without paying a required admission fee commits a Class D violation.
In addition to any enforcement officers specifically identified in ORS 153.005,
the state fair director and other employees of the State Fair Council may issue
citations for violations of this section. [2013 c.492 §12]
