Statute Text
Financing county exhibits at state fair.
A county court is authorized to appropriate out of
the general fund of the county not otherwise appropriated money for the purpose
of sponsoring a county exhibit at the annual state fair. This section shall not
be deemed to limit the authority of a county which has adopted a charter under
section 10, Article VI, Oregon Constitution. [1973 c.537 §7]
