Statute Text
Penalties.
(1)
Violation of ORS 561.170 is a Class C violation.
(2) Violation of
ORS 561.200 is a Class C misdemeanor.
(3) Violation of
ORS 561.220 or 561.230 is a Class A misdemeanor.
(4) Violation of
ORS 561.590 is a specific fine violation punishable by a fine of not more than
$5,000. [Subsection (4) of 1955 Replacement Part enacted as 1955 c.11 §3;
