Division responsible for obtaining available financing for plans.
After completing an extended
stream bank erosion plan under ORS 561.403, the Natural Resources Division, on
behalf of the parties that developed the plan, shall be responsible for
obtaining all available federal funding and other assistance necessary to
implement the extended stream bank erosion plan. [1985 c.667 §3]
