Statute Text
Disposition of moneys collected by Natural Resources Division.
All moneys received by the Natural
Resources Division under ORS 561.400 shall be paid to the State Treasurer and
credited to the Department of Agriculture Service Fund established by ORS
561.144. All such moneys are continuously appropriated to the State Department
of Agriculture to carry out ORS 561.400. [1991 c.624 §4]
