Statute Text
Cooperation with Oregon State University.
(1) In order to
eliminate unnecessary duplication of effort and expense, there shall be the
fullest cooperation between Oregon State University and the State Department of
Agriculture, including the interchange of statistical information between the
university and the department.
(2) If, in the
interest of economy and efficiency, either temporary or permanent, it appears
advisable to have any of the laboratory or statistical work of the department
performed by Oregon State University, the Director of Agriculture and the
director of the experiment station shall work out a cooperative plan of
operation and shall agree upon such a division of the funds available for such
work as may meet with the approval of the Governor. [Formerly 561.090; 2015
