Prohibition against reusing, imitating or counterfeiting markings used by
department.
No
person shall reuse, imitate or counterfeit any seal, sign, tag, stamp, placard,
mark, brand or similar object used by the State Department of Agriculture
pursuant to any law of this state. [1955 c.11 §2]
