Statute Text
Treatment of forestlands as benefited property.
Forestlands within a forest
protection district as defined in ORS chapter 477, shall not be considered
benefited property and shall not be included in a weather modification district
unless the owner of the forestlands petitions the county court having jurisdiction
of the formation proceedings to have the lands of the owner included. [1969
