Appropriation for administration and enforcement. All moneys received by the State Department of Agriculture under ORS 558.010 to 558.140, in addition to any other appropriation of funds available for the administration of ORS 558.010 to 558.140, hereby are continuously appropriated to the department for the purpose of defraying the costs and expenses incurred in the administration and enforcement of ORS 558.010 to 558.140.
