Revocation, suspension, refusal to issue or renew license; procedure. (1) Where the State Department of Agriculture proposes to refuse to issue or renew a license, or proposes to revoke or suspend a license, opportunity for hearing shall be accorded as provided in ORS chapter 183. (2) Promulgation of rules, conduct of hearings, issuance of orders and judicial review of rules and orders shall be in accordance with ORS chapter 183. [1975 c.420 §11]
