Statute Text
Hearing on application for license. Upon receipt of an application for a license, the State Department of Agriculture shall fix the time and place for a public hearing on the application. Such hearing shall be held in the county seat of any county in which the proposed operation will be conducted. The department shall notify the applicant of the time and place of hearing in sufficient time for the applicant to comply with the notice requirements of ORS 558.080 to 558.100. [1975 c.420 §3]
