Statute Text
Transfer of states interest to irrigation districts or to federal government.
The Water Resources Commission
may, with due regard to the interests of the state, transfer all the right,
title and interest of the state in and to the Tumalo Project, and all rights or
franchises thereunto appertaining, to any irrigation district or to the federal
government, whenever it appears to the commission that such transfer will be in
the best interests of the project.
