Reclamation of lands in Tumalo Project; contracts for. The Water Resources Commission is authorized and empowered to contract for the completion of the reclamation of lands in the Tumalo Project or any part thereof, and to otherwise carry out the provisions of ORS 555.310 to 555.410, with any irrigation district, organized pursuant to the laws of Oregon, including lands in the project or any part thereof, or with any other irrigation district, or with the federal government, or with any person.
