Statute Text
Bond
given for federal loan; form; terms.
The district may borrow from the United States or an agency thereof, by
furnishing the agency with a single bond or other evidence of indebtedness in
such form and on such terms as are required by the federal laws and as may be
agreed upon between the board and the federal agency. [1969 c.691 §12; 1991
