Statute Text
Procedure for inclusion or exclusion of land in district. A petition for inclusion or exclusion of territory in a district may be filed without the approval of the district board indorsed on the petition. However, if the county board approves the petition and determines the boundaries, the district board shall call an election in the district for the purpose of submitting the proposal to the electors of the district.
