Statute Text
Chief
engineer of district to superintend work.
If the district has a chief engineer, the chief
engineer shall be superintendent of all the works and improvements and shall,
whenever required, and at least once each year, make a full report to the
district board of all work done and improvements. The chief engineer shall make
such suggestions and recommendations to the board as the chief engineer
considers proper. [1969 c.606 §38]
