Statute Text
Engineering plans prepared by other agencies. In lieu of obtaining engineering plans as provided by ORS 552.408, the district board may adopt as an engineering plan, any plans meeting the requirements of this chapter made by an agency of the federal government or the state, or proposed as project work plans by a soil and water conservation district in which lands within the water improvement district are located.
