Statute Text
Notice
requirements.
(1)
Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, when notice is required
to be given by publication under ORS 550.150 to 550.410, the notice must be
published in a newspaper of general circulation within the boundaries of the
urban flood safety and water quality district, or if there is no such
newspaper, in a newspaper of general circulation in Multnomah County.
(2) This section
does not apply to provision of notice for an election. [2019 c.621 §23]
