Statute Text
Stakeholder advisory committees. The board of directors may appoint stakeholder advisory committees to: (1) Advise the board of directors on aspects of the operation of the district; (2) Assist with community outreach and citizen participation; and (3) Advise on such other matters as the board of directors deems necessary or beneficial to the district.
