Statute Text
Stay of
proceedings without undertaking.
If the judgment from which the appeal is taken is in favor of the appellant,
the proceedings on the judgment are stayed by the filing of the notice of
appeal and the undertaking for the costs of the appeal. [2025 c.268 §26]
