Statute Text
Collection of incurred charges; withholding of water until payment; interest on
unpaid charges.
(1) Incurred charges under ORS 545.482, 545.484 and 545.494 shall be collected
by the secretary of the district. The district may withhold delivery of water
from any tract of land until the incurred charges for the current year and any
prior years, including interest and lien and collection costs and fees, are
paid in full.
