Misnomer or mistake relating to ownership not to affect sale.
When land is sold for assessments
correctly imposed as the property of a particular person, no misnomer of the
owner or supposed owner, or other mistake relating to the ownership, shall
affect the sale or render it void or voidable. [Formerly 545.458]
