Statute Text
Deposit of moneys in special fund; uses.
All moneys realized from any assessments levied under
ORS 545.399 shall be deposited by the treasurer of the district into a special
fund, which shall be used solely for the purpose of carrying out and complying
with the terms of the contract and the payment of installments of principal and
interest falling due upon any bonds issued pursuant to the contract. [Formerly
