Record
of petition; admissibility in evidence.
Upon the filing of the copies of the order under ORS
545.079, the secretary shall record the petition for inclusion in the minutes
of the board. The minutes, or a certified copy thereof, shall be admissible in
evidence with the same effect as the petition. [Formerly 545.596]
