Statute Text
Investigations; access to project, maps, books and other project data.
The Water Resources Commission,
the Water Resources Director or any employee of the Water Resources Department,
at all reasonable times, shall have free access to any project, addition or
betterment during or after construction or acquisition, and to all maps, plans,
profiles, estimates, engineers reports, books, accounts, records and other
data relating to the project. [1985 c.673 §142]
