Statute Text
Cooperation with federal agencies; contracts.
On behalf of this state, the Water Resources
Commission may cooperate with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the
United States Geological Survey, the United States Reclamation Service, or any
other federal agency or commission engaged in similar work, and may enter into
contracts or agreements whenever it appears desirable or advantageous to the
state. [Amended by 1985 c.673 §136]
