Statute Text
Penalties.
(1) Any
person, or any officer of any firm or corporation who is found guilty of
constructing any splash dam for the floating of logs or other lumber products
on any stream or other body of water in the State of Oregon commits a Class A
misdemeanor.
(2) Violation of
ORS 541.510 is a Class A misdemeanor.
(3) Violation of
ORS 541.545 (1) is a Class A misdemeanor. [1957 c.163 §4; subsection (2)
