Oregon
Watershed Enhancement Board report to Legislative Assembly.
The Oregon Watershed Enhancement
Board shall report biennially to the Legislative Assembly on the implementation
of the management program under ORS 541.923 and grants awarded under ORS
541.956. The report shall include but need not be limited to:
(1) An
explanation of the effectiveness and workability of the partnership process
described in ORS 541.923;
(2) A description
of any modifications to the process that have been instituted; and
(3)
Recommendations concerning the need for future legislative action. [Formerly
