Statute Text
Authority of executive director to enter into interagency agreements.
In addition to any other authority
granted to the executive director of the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board,
the executive director, on behalf of the board, may enter into interagency
agreements necessary to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the board.
