Statute Text
Biennial report to Legislative Assembly and Governor.
The Water Resources Commission
shall make available to the Legislative Assembly and the Governor a biennial
report of the transactions of the Water Development Fund and the Water
Development Administration and Bond Sinking Fund in such detail as will accurately
indicate the transactions and the condition of the funds. [1977 c.246 §29; 1985
