Statute Text
Reduction of loan amount when secondary use funding available. If a water development project has any secondary use, and if the water developer receives from any source other than the Water Development Fund any funds to assist in the construction, operation or maintenance of such secondary use, the amount of the loan to the water developer from the Water Development Fund shall be limited to that amount necessary for the construction of those portions of the project not funded by other sources. [1977 c.246 §15]
