Statute Text
Compliance with orders of commission; enforcement. (1) No person shall fail to comply with an order of the Water Resources Commission made as provided in ORS 541.520 or 541.530. (2) The commission may enforce any order made as provided in ORS 541.520 or 541.530, and may prosecute proceedings to enjoin violations of subsection (1) of this section.
