Statute Text
Installation of automatic stream level recording devices. An order of the Water Resources Commission under ORS 541.520 or 541.530 may require the owner or operator of an impoundment or diversion structure to install one or more automatic stream level recording devices satisfactory to the commission at one or more locations satisfactory to the commission. The cost of each such device and the installation and maintenance thereof shall be paid by the owner or operator of the structure. [1961 c.379 §5; 1985 c.673 §109]
