Statute Text
Right
of way for ditches across state lands.
The right of way to the extent specified in the Act of 1899, pages 172 to 180,
Oregon Laws 1899, for the ditches, canals, flumes, pipelines, distributing
ditches, and feeders of any person appropriating water under the provisions of
that Act, across any and all lands belonging to the State of Oregon and not
under contract of sale, is granted.
