Ditches and canals across state lands; grant of right of way.
The right of way, to the extent
specified in the Act of 1891, pages 52 to 60, Oregon Laws 1891, for the
ditches, canals, flumes, distributing ditches, and feeders of any corporation
appropriating water under the provisions of the Act of 1891, across all lands
belonging to the State of Oregon and not under contract of sale, is granted.
