Statute Text
Appearance of district attorney.
The district attorney shall appear on behalf of the Water Resources Director or
any watermaster in any case which may arise in the pursuance of the official
duties of the director or watermaster within the jurisdiction of the district
attorney. [Amended by 1985 c.421 §6]
