Statute Text
Water
districts; creation; purposes.
The Water Resources Commission shall divide the state into water districts,
which shall be so constituted as to secure the best protection to the claimants
for water and the most economical supervision on the part of the state. Water
districts shall not be created until necessary. [Amended by 1985 c.673 §82]
