Statute Text
Hearing by director; adjournments. Upon the date named in the notice for taking testimony, the Water Resources Director or the authorized assistant of the director shall begin taking testimony and shall continue until completed. But the director may adjourn the taking of testimony from time to time and from place to place, to suit the convenience of those interested.
