Statute Text
Out-of-state municipalities; acquisition of land and water rights in Oregon.
Subject to the limitations imposed
by ORS 537.801 to 537.860, any municipal corporation of any state adjoining
Oregon may acquire title to any land or water right within Oregon, by purchase
or condemnation, which lies within any watershed from which the municipal
corporation obtains or desires to obtain its water supply.
