Statute Text
or the standards described in ORS 537.780 (1)(b) or (c), in addition to
any other available remedies, the department may apply to the circuit court for
Marion County, or to the circuit court for any county in which the activity has
occurred or will occur, for a temporary or permanent injunction requiring the
person to:
(1) Refrain from
the activity; and
(2) Take any
actions necessary to remedy any threat to groundwater supplies, public health
