Statute Text
Contested case hearing.
A contested case proceeding under ORS 537.621 (8) shall be conducted in
accordance with the applicable provisions of ORS chapter 183 and ORS 536.076
and 536.077, except that an interlocutory appeal under ORS 183.480 (3) is not
