Statute Text
Making available information concerning water resources. The Water Resources Commission, insofar as practicable, shall make available, free or at cost, to the public and to any state agency or public corporation of this or any other state, any interstate agency or any agency of the federal government, information concerning the water resources of this state or the functions of the commission as provided by law, including information relating to the state water resources policy, to any plan or program devised by the commission for the development of the water resources of this state, to the results of any investigation, survey or study conducted by the commission and to the results of any hearing held by the commission.
