Statute Text
Coordination of local, state, interstate and federal programs.
The Water Resources Commission may
consult and cooperate with any state agency or public corporation of this or
any other state, any interstate agency or any agency of the federal government
for the purpose of promoting coordination between local, state, interstate and
federal plans, programs and projects for the use or control of the water
resources of this state or to facilitate and assist the commission in carrying
out its functions as provided by law. [1955 c.707 §21]
